Mordechai “Mutty” Breier is a seasoned attorney and the founder of the Consumer Law Office (CLO), a Florida-based law firm concentrating in first-party insurance litigation on behalf of residential homeowners, commercial business owners, and contractors. CLO handles property damage cases from the inception of damage through trial.

Mr. Brier oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and leads the firm’s Property Insurance Litigation Practice.

Mr. Breier created CLO with one focus & one mission – to specialize in first-party property damage insurance claims, for residential and commercial losses and related AOB claims, unlike other firms that have many areas of practice and competing priorities.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  Mordechai has been living in Miami for over 25 years. Outside of practicing law, Mordechai enjoys camping and the outdoors, and international travel. Mordechai also loves spending time raising a small organic farm, with his wife and children.

Mordechai was a past District Coordinator for the Orthodox Union / NCSY Miami, FL,  and continues to volunteer his time & play an active role in many local institutions, including synagogues, schools & rescue organizations.

Mikey Katz is a Litigation Attorney at Consumer Law Office, P.A. His primary practice area is first-party insurance litigation, focused on helping homeowners and businesses, including contractors, restoration companies, and remediation companies with their insurance disputes. Due to Mikey’s experience and knowledge in this practice area, along with his negotiation, litigation, and mediation skills, Mikey has secured significant compensation for policyholders and AOB professionals.

Mikey is a native of Miami, Florida, and enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.

Oren Reich is a Senior Litigation Attorney at Consumer Law Office, P.A. He specializes in property insurance litigation, advocating on behalf of homeowners, commercial policyholders, and restoration and remediation companies. Mr. Reich has helped secure millions of dollars in coverage for policyholders and AOB professionals, through litigation, negotiation, and mediation.

Mr. Reich was born and raised in South Florida & enjoys traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family.
